Cindy Graybeal 

My job as Instructional Coach is to serve as a mentor for new teachers, and staff developer for all teachers. The overall goal for the Instructional Coach position is to improve student achievement as the staff focuses on instructional best practices.

I am involved in Runyon’s Curriculum Advisory Committee, Child Study Committee, co-coordinator for student Individual Learning Plans, monthly grade level team meetings, district Instructional Coach training and Assessment Facilitator.

I have been teaching for 20 years, 16 of those being right here in Littleton Public Schools. My teaching experience ranges from classroom teacher, literacy specialist to my current position of Instructional Coach.
